Dr Kueh was awarded Limited budget funding of $20,000 to assess the feasibility of cardiac computed tomography in identifying left ventricular thrombus in patient with confirmed left ventricular thrombus by transthoracic echocardiography. His research will also look to evaluate the optimal cardiac computed tomography acquisition technique in identifying left ventricular thrombus – arterial phase vs. delayed phase vs. spectral CT acquisition.
